Complaint Conditions
The buyer is obliged to inspect the delivered goods and inform the seller of any defects found without undue delay. Later complaints of obvious defects will not be accepted by the seller. Notification of defects found must be made to the seller in writing (by email). The written notification must specify the defects found, i.e. what kind of defects they are. In all cases, a copy of the invoice and delivery note must be submitted for the complaint.
In the case of personal collection, the buyer has the right to check the goods upon receipt and is obliged to resolve any obvious defects immediately with the seller. Obvious defects reported to the seller at a later date will not be accepted.
By signing the delivery note in the case of delivery by carrier, the buyer agrees to acceptance and confirms that the packaging of the goods is undamaged. Later complaints caused during transport will not be considered. Otherwise, the damage must be reported to the carrier.
Before first use of the goods, the buyer is obliged to carefully study the instructions for use (operating manual). If the product is used in a manner inconsistent with the instructions, the buyer bears all the consequences arising therefrom and subsequent complaints will be deemed unjustified. The seller assumes no responsibility for damage resulting from the operation of the product, functional properties and damage from unprofessional use of the products, as well as damage caused by external events and improper handling.
The warranty does not apply to damage caused by wear resulting from normal use of the goods, improper operation, unprofessional or unauthorised intervention, as well as use, maintenance or installation that is inconsistent with the instructions. Complaints will not be accepted in the case of mechanical damage caused by the customer. Radiators are handmade; a 2 mm deviation from the dimension is not a reason for complaint.
